By purchasing, booking, or participating in any coaching services offered through Ellie Empire LLC, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. The coaching services provided by Ellie Empire LLC are for educational, personal growth, and informational purposes only. Ellie Empire LLC does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

2. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions is held in strict confidence and will not be shared without written consent, unless required by law. Ellie Empire LLC respects your privacy and aims to provide a safe, judgment-free space.

3. Client Responsibility

You agree to show up fully and responsibly to all sessions. You acknowledge that your results depend on your own commitment, effort, and follow-through. Ellie Empire LLC is here to guide and support you, but does not guarantee specific outcomes.

4. Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

Sessions must be scheduled in advance. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

5. Refund Policy

All coaching purchases are non-refundable. Due to the energetic nature of coaching and the delivery of digital goods, no refunds will be granted once a service or package is purchased. Please ensure you're fully committed before enrolling.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full prior to the first session unless a payment plan is agreed upon in writing. Ellie Empire LLC reserves the right to pause or cancel coaching if payments are missed.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, worksheets, recordings, and resources provided are the intellectual property of Ellie Empire LLC and are for your personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited without written consent.

8. Boundaries and Respect

Ellie Empire LLC maintains firm energetic and professional boundaries. Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the coaching relationship with no refund.

9. Results Disclaimer

You understand that coaching is not a guarantee of results or income. While testimonials and client success stories may be shared, your personal transformation depends on your commitment, actions, and willingness to grow.

10. Updates to Terms

Ellie Empire LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in coaching services constitutes agreement to the most current version of these terms.
